- RIB ROAST -
1. Pre-heat oven to 425F
2. Remove roast from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
3. Place roast on roasting rack and brown in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
4. Drop oven temperature to 275F and continue to cook until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 115-118F.
5. Remove roast from the oven and let rest for 25-30 minutes before serving. This is an incredible test in patience. You got this.
