Whole Hog Breakdown Class
Join us for an interactive whole hog breakdown. In our pig class, learn to break down a whole hog into its various useful parts, prepare roasts, chops, bacon and more! Understand where specific charcuterie comes from on the animal. This is a hands on experience if you so choose so be prepared to slice and dice! (choosing to slice n dice you will be required to sign a liability release waiver). ALL class members will leave with a bag of pork they cut!(avg 5-7lbs meat) There will be house made charcuterie, beer, wine, drinks out too for this fun casual evening of butchering hog!
